Trish is an exceptional executive coach with deep expertise in helping people build their careers, develop their leadership, and navigate all areas of change. Trish’s unique coaching style comes from a combination of business experience and behavioural science.
She is an experienced senior HR Executive in the IT, digital, banking, wealth, outsourcing, consulting, telecommunications, broadcasting and tourism fields, across all aspects of the enterprise.
Trish has worked for Westpac Banking Corporation, ANZ, BAI Communications, HP and DXC Technology. Trish’s commercial experience encompasses business transformation and large-scale change, including leadership and talent development, culture change, outsourcing, offshoring and the design and implementation of new business models, partnering with service and product businesses from green fields to mature businesses, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Trish is experienced in the Human Synergistic suite of assessment tools, application of the Growth mindset, Systems thinking, LVI index and Agile methodology and has worked at the individual, team and organisational level.
Trish holds a Master of Management (MGSM), Master of Arts, Psychology (Syd Uni), Bachelor of Arts, Behavioural Science (Mac Uni). Trish has also completed an executive program in Digitisation and Industrialisation at MIT and the Strategic Leadership program at Mt Eliza Business School, Melbourne University. Trish is a Member Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
